New Broker candidates are required to take 90 hours of coursework prior to taking the State of Illinois license exam.

This requirement can be fulfilled by taking a 75 Hour Online Broker Pre-License Course and a 15 Hour Broker Interactive Classroom Course.

Broker candidates will need to complete a 30 Hour post licensing course, which includes 15 hour online and 15 hour interactive classroom course.
